Store Pickup Information

At Hold My Ball, we offer a convenient Click and Collect service for our customers. You can place your order online and pick it up at our store located in Victoria, Narre Warren North or Dingley Village. We also have Bendigo as pick up but please contact us first before order to ensure stock is there.

How It Works

Place Your Order: Add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
When you are at Payment Page Click on Cart Icon above and it will take you to the cart page where you can select Pickup Information.
Choose Pickup Slot: During the checkout process, select the 'Store Pickup' option and choose a convenient time slot for collection.
Provide Email Address: Make sure to mention your email address during checkout. This is crucial for receiving pickup instructions.
Confirmation Email: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your pickup. Ensure you provide a valid email address to receive all necessary information about your order and pickup instructions. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email and a valid ID when you come to collect your order.
